JIM VIOLA, President and Director of Consulting Services
Jim is a non-practicing lawyer with over six years experience consulting and training on Time Matters. His certifications include Time Matters, Billing Matters and Browser Edition (formerly World Server). Jim has a unique understanding of attorneys and workflow in a law firm. Jim’s experience and insights form the basis of our Practice Management consulting model.

BRIAN DICKERSON, Office Manager - Cary
Brian has a strong background in technical support and quality control. He specializes in various application synchronizations with a heavy emphasis on the Exchange Server. Brian comes to us from LexisNexis where worked for the past five years as a senior support technician and senior quality control technician on Time Matters. Brian is currently working toward several LexisNexis and Microsoft certifications.

MUHAMMED HALIM, Senior Systems Engineer
Muhammad has almost two years experience on Time Matters and comes to us from LexisNexis where he served as a senior technical support representative. Additionally, Muhammad has several LexisNexis certifications and is SQL Server certified.

KARA FOLAN, Consultant, Litigation Specialist
Kara has 23 years of legal/litigation experience including plaintiff’s PI, insurance defense, medical malpractice, wrongful foreclosure and worker’s compensation. In addition to being Time Matters and LexisNexis Total Practice Advantage Certified, Kara is working toward certifications in Concordance and CaseMap.

WILL JOHNSON, Office Manager - Houston
Will is a trained paralegal with over two years experience within the fields of family and elder law. Will is the primary point of contact for clients and coordinates schedules and activities among the staff here at Precedent Solutions.
