Technical Alert for Time Matters & LNTPA

A "Technical Alert" message was sent to all Time Matters® and Total Practice Advantage™ customers on July 16 from LexisNexis. The message was to inform customers of an eminent expiration of the macros related to Microsoft Word integration. Messages were targeted by product and by version.

The bulletins contained a set of instructions for downloading and installing an updated macro.  For firms on Precedent Solutions' Annual Support Plan for Time Matters or Practice Advantage, we have simplified the process.  Our clients will receive an email with simple instructions – no download required!  For more details on our Annual Support Plan, please Click on the link above or call 800.421.4964.

EVERY USER must update the macros on their own workstation BEFORE July 23, 2009!

Houston Office and Training Center announces Re-Opening!

Due to major damage in our Houston office by Hurricane Ike, our training center was forced to close and we had to relocate to temporary office space.

 

After much time and effort our building is back up to code we're moving back in. We are currently remodeling our training center to make it better than ever! Stay tuned for more updates and our training schedule.
